SALE of 15,000 SF Industrial Property in Harleysville
Two Harleysville area industrial
properties with combined value of over $2,000,000 have been sold in December
according to Aptcor Commercial, Realtors. The 15,000 SF Branch Valley Associates
building at 100 Christopher Lane was sold for the new home of BEC Machine Products,
Inc. Alan Apt of Aptcor represented the Buyer and Seller. BEC sold their building
at 171 Ruth Rd., a 6,500 SF facility to FAL Property Management, LLC. Alan
Apt of Aptcor represented the Seller and Dave and Jeff Hoffman of ReMax Svcs.
Represented the Purchaser. Contribution to financing and arranging the transaction
on behalf of BEC was the Suburban Development Council (SDC), SeedCo, Harleysville
National Bank, the SBA and the 1031 Corp.
